New Psychiatric Clients
Welcome to Greater Austin Psychiatry & Wellness! We’re here to provide compassionate and individualized mental health care.
Insurance Accepted:
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, ComPsych, Humana, Magellan, Sana, & some Aetna plans.
- If you are self-pay, the initial evaluation is $350.
- All new patient forms must be completed by 5:00 pm the day before your appointment. Incomplete forms may result in cancellation.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- For telemedicine appointments, log into your MYIO app a few minutes before your scheduled time.
- We do not complete disability paperwork for new patients who have not been previously established under our care.
New Patient Deposit Policy:
A $100 deposit is required to schedule all new patient appointments. This deposit helps us reserve dedicated time for your initial visit and reduces missed appointments.
The deposit will be applied toward the balance of the first appointment.
If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 business hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
